LightHaus works closely with our customers to help you plan, deploy and manage your LightHaus VCI system. LightHaus Services and Support include:
- Planning – We will work with you to design the optimal system, including determining optimal camera positioning for your store layout and measurement objectives, and optimal appliance and network configuration.
- Implementation – We will work you and one of our implementation partners, or a systems integrator of your choice, to install in-store systems, and then configure and validate LightHaus VCI analysis and reporting.
- Ongoing Support and Management – Depending on your deployment choice, we will manage the hosted system or provide support to your IT organization as they support the VCI Enterprise Server software.
